I am in love with a boy named Joel because he has beautiful grey green eyes, arched blond eyebrows, and lips that would put our dearest Jensen to shame (unfortunately, Joel is short). This is vaguely disturbing as I'm quite sure that he is into his own sex and not mine. Ah, isn't that always the case.

For those of you who are new to my flist, I am a certifiably insane film studies and history major at Yale. I have yet to figure out how I ended up here. I'm obsessed with Glam rock and at one time would have declared David Bowie my reason for living (_{Damn you, Supernatural, I hope you're proud of yourself for usurping that honor}). I have a tendency to write and read fics in class (perhaps why they are so strange, I do not know) and, as mentioned earlier, I am in love with a boy named Joel mostly because of his eyebrows. Also I'm a unilateralist who thinks that actions movies are really cool (this is why I sometimes I think I may also suffer from split personality disorder).

I hope you haven't started regretting friending me yet.

David Bowie is not less than Jensen Ackles. I simply meant that the entire SHOW was completely taking over my life. Also it was a rather capricious statement as there are multiple fandomish things that own my soul and not just supernatural. Teh Glam Rock will ALWAYS be king.

School is going well. Joel of the lovely eyebrows is in Birth of Europe so I'm glad I took that rather than Sexy Bio. Mostly however I'm just farting around and being everything BUT productive.

Whoa, that sounds just like me, as I'm on LJ instead of reading political theory, and with no pretty eyebrows to see me through. *sigh*

I don't have any HUGE fandom obsessions at the moment, unless you count a teeny crush on Penelope Cruz, a slightly crushier crush on Stephen Colbert, old Xavier Cugat recordings, and Jimmy Smith's jazz organ. heeeee! I have layers.

I should not, however, be allowed on iTunes while sleep deprived. This morning I was all "The Cult? Lisa Stansfield??? WTF."
