Summary: Crossover with Carnivale. Sam is Ben's successor. Spoilers up through season two of Carnivale.
Notes: Originally whenarabella_hope and I bandied this concept out we had a more light-hearted vision. Um, I felt like torturing myself and putting this in the same atmosphere as Carnivale rather than SPN. I'm sure I'll regret it when you all tell me it's overly maudlin
