Well dolls,
It appears in my mope-fest of doom, I've really missed out on what's going on with you. I tried catching up with my flist today, and I was like 180 or something entries back before I found one that I'd read before. EEEK.

So I've gained some new friends and some lurkers, I see. Hows about you come out of the woodwork and tell me about your favorite sodas and fanfic cliches, the songs your currently obsessed with, what that scandolous girl at work said last week? I wish to know.

Yeah, I don't think I'm going to love Buffy more than I do Firefly but I'm really curious to see what all the fuss is about.

I take it you don't know Stephen Colbert? He has a show, The Colbert Report, on Comedy Central and he came up with words such as 'truthiness' and 'wikiality'. If you're going to watch the Emmys tonight, keep an eye out for him, he's presenting an award with Jon Stewart.

Not to sound snippy, but, just because I don't watch the Colbert Report doesn't mean that I haven't heard of it. I actually don't watch any TV that isn't on iTunes or DVD already.

Sorry, didn't know. His character on TCR just has this fear of bears that he always mentions so I just assumed that you didn't know the show. But yeah, I'm sorry about that. It's hilarious though, and I think it's on iTunes (not sure, can't download a lot of shows because I'm not from the US) :)

It's a show about current events, they don't sindicate it. It's not important. I'm sorry that I jumped all over you, but I'm a teenager in America, I think I'd have to be from freakin' back country Utah not to know about Stephen Colbert.

It's okay. No one knows him over here and I've only met a handful of people who know who Jon Stewart is and they even air The Daily Show on Danish TV *shakes head* Oh well...
