Saw Howls Moving Castle last night with my younger brothers. I've always liked Christian Bale, voice included, but Elaine was right it was SMEXY (um whatever that is). Now I'm going to go read the book, and hope that it was just as good. Also, probably leave for Maine tomorrow, that is unless Alison decides to buck up and come with us.

The funny thing is that, in the book, Howl is Welsh. And what do you know, Christian Bale is welsh, too! Except he doesn't have the funny accent. Which is a good thing, actually.

What's wrong with Welsh accents (when Christian Bale talks normally he has a British Accent)? I wonder why they wanted him to sound like an American . . .
