I just got back from my senior prom. It was at the San Francisco Exploratorium this year. We could dance and go look at the various exhibits at the same time. Some were kind of pointless due to the loud music blaring at the same time. I was the only girl to wear a suit, and I was very glad I did. Everybody was fussing over their bras and their legs and their underwear lines. I didn't have to worry about that at ALL. And a certain someone was wrong, I didn't get called a dyke once. Except by Flo, and that was a joke, and then she said, "I took your dyke virginity." And then she thought about that for a bit and was like, waaaait.

But now that the magic has worn off I'm stuck with bright blue nails, sore feet from the high heels, and a fond desire to teach my fellow high schoolers about music. Sigh, oh well. If they think Usher's "Yeah" is a paragon of musical virtue, than there might be nothing I can do.

To whom it may concern . . .going to see Flo perform with the Stanford Savoyards tommorrow.

Did you have a good time, though? ^_^

Yeah I did. Certainly much better than last year. I enjoyed the exhibits and I had fun dancing. I dunno. Prom always makes me wish that I actually liked a guy so I could get something out of the romance of it. But I don't like a single guy at Gunn, so I'm just sort of like *shrug*, "uh now what?"

Yeah. I am too. Wouldn't want the momentous prom to have been a ruin.

Prom sounded fun. Except for the sore feet part... I think that part is inevitable. :/

Yeah, although these shoes are worse than usual. I was visiting the Capitol Building one day, and I had to dress up (wearing them included), it was the most excruciating thing I have ever done.

I was just thinking about the roasting of the marshmellows. I wish I had written that down, that's something I want to remember.
