I updated glitterkid for the first time in a century with how to achieve the look below. It's simple stuff.






My scar is really visible in that one, but I like it anyway. I'd like to believe that it's pretty clear it's a scar and not my cheek, but people never seem to believe me on that score.


This one just came together really well.


I like this one a lot too, but I'm actually wondering what I was thinking there.

I went to my first and only toga party on Friday. It rapidly became clear that I had invested way more effort into my toga, because it was a two layered affair. I'd even scrounged up some purple so that I could be properly aristocratic. Yeah, my artistry was lost on them. Meredith was doing the band's senior challenge, so she was actually naked beneath her toga. We found this youtube video on how to properly tie togas and it was like that montage in Bend It Like Beckham where they're all trying to get dressed and back in time for the wedding. Togas are Complicated.

I think your scar is cool! It's neat how it follows the line of your cheek like that. A friend of mine has a similar one from going through a windshield - is that what yours is from?

Sort of. I was in the backseat of a taxi and it had plexi glass seperating me from the driver. He drove right off the road, I wasn't wearing my seatbelt. I hit it. Luckily I didn't go through it.

Boobies! Um, I mean, your makeup looks gorgeous and I'm totally loving that tattoo. I love wrist tattoos. A friend of mine got cherry blossoms on the inside of her wrist and it looks like this really pretty bracelet.

That's a fairly recent development. You can still see the acne scars in the second picture under the cut. The lighting's pretty kind.
