Oh man, uploading this album actually gave me hell, but I was bound and determined, because I enjoy it so much. This was my greatest find of 2008. I've put several tracks on the mixes and soundtracks they make because they're awesome. Oh, and they're all about death. In a cheery danceable sort of way. They’ve cited Talking Heads as an influence, but either they’ve been listening to some previously unknown darkwave cover album or they don’t know what they’re talking about. And the lead singer sounds scarily like Andrew Eldritch.

Exactly. :) First time I heard To Lose My Life I rushed to tell DH that I thought Depeche had a new single, He said he'd heard it but he meant Wrong. :) Then when I finally played the White Lies song, he understood - LOL!

I'm not so crazy about the latest album by DM. My friends just went to their concert yesterday, but I had work so I couldn't go, and they said they didn't even play any of it. Just all the old hits. Which, awesome.

hey. really liked "to lose my life" but decided against buying this album because i always do that - i like one song so i buy it and then its never that great. but i saw it here, dl'ed it and enjoyed pretty much every minute. thanks so much. great recommendation and just an awesome addition. :D

[p.s: agree with you about Union of knives - evil has never - its such a Sam song in general but in regards to Sam in S4 its perfect and i kind of makes me so sad that he had to be so headstrong and moronic]
