About to take my Politics of Crime and Punishment Final. I foresee the triumphant return of the Professors Winchester, when we last left them they were making paper airplanes with opposing ideas written on them.

Sam is haring off to save indigent defendents and set up better legal aide in New York, because it's embarrassing over there (of course he meets Flack of the hot blue eyes and perpetually blushing cheeks and Dean has to fly in and stake his claim) while Dean takes on the juvinile justice system and makes a name for himself in children's rights. He sees Roper v. Simmons as personal vindication.

And debating on the supreme courts...

Sam: Rehnquist has no soul--I think he might be the literal incarnation of the devil, Dean.
Dean: No, that's Thomas.
Sam: He's too stupid be the devil, but I might give you Robert Bork.
Dean: No I change my mind, it's Scalia, he's a total baller--charming, intelligent--he'll cut a bitch and make it look like flattery!
Sam: I'd totally blow Blackmun
Dean: HE'S DEAD!
Sam: Well, you're lucky then, no competition!

OH DEAR TA, ARE YOU READY TO BE BOMBARDED WITH MY INCESTUOUS PROFESSOR PORNS?

I agree w/ Dean: Scalia is the devil. You read his opinions and they're articulate, cohesive, and logical...and then you're like, "OH MY GOD I'M AGREEING WITH ANTONIN SCALIA," and you have to go bathe in disinfectant.

Or maybe that's just me.

Personally, I'd totally do Stevens. All 88 years of him.
