I'm exhausted...

It has come to my attention that I'm allowing my stress to stress some people out, and thus prompted, I have decided it's time for filters. Hopefully I can remember to use them.

Date: 2008-11-23 07:39 am (UTC)But yes - with fandom posts, it usually goes one of two ways. I either read it and think "I agree with this person... and now I'm bored," or I read it and think, "I don't agree with this person at all, and - oh yes, there's that irrational rage boiling up inside me and - oh right, if I say anything I'm wanking or harshing squee and - oh hey, I loathe myself for even caring; what is wrong with my stupid brain."
Either way, BAD NEWS.

Date: 2008-11-23 07:51 am (UTC)OHMYGOD, stopping.
Also, people have interesting lives. I mean they really do. I always feel like my life is like I STAYED UP UNTIL SIX IN THE MORNING READING A RETARDED HORROR THEORIST WHO THINKS THAT FREUD IS AN ACCEPTABLE WAY TO JUSTIFY AN ARGUMENT. I'm not sure anybody wants to read that. SO I stopped posting that stuff for awhile, and then I went back and looked over my journal and I was like, oh man all this fannish crap makes me look forty times more empty.
