Sigh, not even I can predict the depths of my own stupidity
I woke up this morning on my own at 6:45. This never happens if I don't have my period. Not unless I've got to bed at like 8 PM (which has happened only once, and I think I still woke up at 11:30 AM) or just travelled to Europe. It happened this morning. And I, in one of my crazy manic MUST GO EXERCISE phases, decided to go running. In 17 degree weather, with a -14 windchill.
On the plus side, I somehow managed to run three miles. Only now, nearly three hours later, I can't eat, can't get warm, and can't properly breathe. I sound like that idiot who goes running across the ice, falls in, and wheezes for a good ten years in horrific Victorian stories where everybody dies after long illness. OHMYGOD, I'm Beth from Little Women.
Why? WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF?
