But this was lovely enough to make up for the lack. I'm really fond of stories where the past and present collide (or flow nicely, such as here) and you get the sense of change and the fluidity of time in one cohesive story.
And the mood is so nice. Sleep(y)fic is one of the few places that have a great sense of peace about them, which is excellent when you have people like me giggling about serial killer rps in the background.
