I was watching Generation Kill again with ericaplease and I totally just missed the fact that Doc and Nate had to buckle reporter into his flak vest, because he couldn't figure out how to use it. That had to be the cutest thing I've ever seen. It makes me want to write a story where Brad is totally unconscious of how much time Nate spends with him, and so he sees Doc and Nate together fairly frequently and he's like I DO NOT LIKE THIS. And Nate is oblivious, so he doesn't get why Brad always glares at him when he goes to talk to Doc about medical supplies. And of course, because Doc is a genius, he is finally like BRAD, GET YOUR FUCKING HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS! I'M NOT TRYING TO STEAL YOUR CRUSH!

I was so bored the other day I tried my hand at digital painting, but I just don't have the control to do that with a mouse. Not to mention, changing brush size rather than using pressure to change the width and intensity of a line is driving me nuts! I am not cut out for digital arts!

I LOVE that scene! So much! Especially because Nate had just thrown a tantrum about nobody being on the guns and hajis walking around their humvees. And then he's adorable again and help Doc buckling the reporter's vest. I love how NICE and BAMF he is at the same time!

Also, you should totally write it. Just my two cents. ;)
