Brad is a rogue detective for LAPD, always solving cases and driving everybody involved with crime in LA crazy (as well as his boss Godfather), but one day the case comes along that's just too big for him, enter Nate. Ray, of course, is a blood spatter analyst and Walt does trace! They must infiltrate some gay club that is the front for drug smugglers, and Godfather originally suggests Ray to go with him and then Walt and Brad is like NO WAY! So Nate is like FINE, TAKE ME, WE'LL NEVER HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER AGAIN SO IT WON'T BE AWKWARD!
