I am clearly in possession of bad karma

I went out running today, and barely got thirty steps before I stepped on an uneven piece of pavement and went down like a sack of potatoes. Unless I am quite wrong, I have sprained my left hand and my right ankle, and scraped both my knees up to hell. My favorite part of the hour was when I was walking back, tunnel vision in full force with every step I had to take on my foot and all the loiterers on the street just STARED at me.

I sprained the exact same ankle when I was playing soccer in high school, and I get the feeling that I never would've fallen if that ankle hadn't already been weak. Although this one is kind of weird. It feels like it should pop back into place even though I can tell it's not dislocated.
