I guess my point though was that guys think they're meant to talk about it, so they say they do whether they actually do or not. Like girls are meant to talk about weddings from the time they're four years old, or whatever. Which, in my experience, doesn't happen either.
It's really splitting hairs for your purposes, it's just interesting to ponder. Everyone thinks everyone else is talking about Topic A, so they say they are too. But are they REALLY? I'm not convinced.
