I think this is the last, mostly because now that Sam's integrated, some of the charm and power of the first story is lost. Here it's still okay, because Dean's still learning where his brother begins and ends, but eventually, he'll get to know Sam, and as a result, it'll just be weird throwing the other personalities around.
