What an original idea, and such a skillful execution. I loved how you distinguished all the different personalities (particularly redrawing Meg as one of Sam's alters). I really enjoyed how they all interacted with Dean and how easily he could tell which one had control. I loved loved loved the line about Dean having little emotional investiture in the experience of his life; it might be the best one-line explanation of him I'm ever seen. The whole story is just wonderful :).
