In a discussion with regala_electra, ignited, and memphis86 we got into the question of personal canon. And while some might protest the term, I have one. It may not involve Sam Winchester rocking out to Tom Jones in order to get Dean hot like SOME PEOPLE I KNOW, but hey I figured, I might as well put this down for posterity. Maybe when I'm farting around in an old folks' home, I'll be amused to see how I thought about my fandom de rigueur.

Today I starred in the Independence Day Edition of "Bad Day At Black Rock." Unfortunately for me, there was no Dean to come barging in slinging remotes around. The jamba juice I bought for comfort came sans pretzel (they were out) and then had the audacity to explode on me as I was going down the stairs to catch the A train--which I then missed.

But now I'm safely in my bed. I'm a little afraid the fan will go nuts and some how sieze my hair or any other carelessly placed appendage. On a positive note, anybody here in New York want to see Gonzo, the documentary about Hunter S. Thompson?
